常见问题

第一次连接时提示“想添加 VPN 配置”

这是系统的正常授权提示，点“允许”并用面容 ID / 密码确认即可，只需一次。

Mac 上提示“系统扩展已被阻止”

打开“系统设置 → 通用 → 登录项与扩展 → 网络扩展”，允许 E-IX，然后回到 App 再打开开关。请确保 App 位于“应用程序”文件夹。

连接后部分网站打不开

在“代理”页点“全部测速”，换一个延迟较低的节点；或在首页把模式切到“全局”再试。

如何删除账号

发邮件到 support@usfoo.com 申请，我们会在 30 天内删除账号及其关联数据。

FAQ

"Would like to add VPN configurations" on first connect

This is the normal system prompt. Tap Allow and confirm with Face ID or your passcode. It is only asked once.

"System extension blocked" on Mac

Open System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions → Network Extensions, enable E-IX, then toggle the switch in the app again. The app must be in the Applications folder.

Some sites do not load after connecting

Open Proxies, tap "Test all" and pick a server with lower latency, or switch the mode to Global on the Home page.

Deleting your account

Email support@usfoo.com; we will delete the account and associated data within 30 days.
